No clue what these people are talking about with the one star reviews. I’ve received nothing but empathy and kindness from Dr. Carone and her staff. I went for my first exam a few months ago for a consultation to get my iud in and went a week ago because something wasn’t right. She explained everything to me prior and told me what she was going to do before she did anything. She also helped lighten the mood by talking to me and helping me calm down. Couldn’t have done this without her honestly.

Please, save your time and money for a practice that genuinely cares. Every appointment I have waited either in the lobby or the exam rooms for over an hour. The front desk is incompetent and extremely rude. If you leave a voicemail for something that is an urgent situation rest assured, you will not receive a return call until the third time of calling. They never seem to have an answer for anything medically wrong it’s just unknown. They just merged with core physicians and anything medically that they had of their patients records are MIA... pretty disappointing to have to review all past information because they have no record of it from transitioning. You also will never have the same consistent doctor to see.

I had been a patient for over 2 decades and was seriously mistreated by nursing staff and doctors after emergency surgery. I have known many of the doctors for their entire tenure at the practice. The callous and flippant way which the medical staff treated me was abhorrent, wholly unprofessional, and was malpractice. The nurse told me the morning after surgery I hadn’t had surgery and I needed to suck up the pain because it was only a cyst. I told her I had surgery, which was not in my medical record and they did nothing to rectify their mistake, follow up on post surgical care, or even apologize for the error.

I have been a patient here for 5 years. Dr karon is absolutely wonderful, but the same cannot be said about some of the nurses. I was met with extreme judgement and rudeness about how I was handling a personal issue. Now most recently, they called the day before my appointment, told me not to come in anymore, called back and said never mind, then called to cancel again all with in the span of 30 minutes. Extremely unprofessional and has effected my work schedule. My simple removal of birth control has now been pushed out 4 months from the original date, and I am not even seeing my own doctor.

After finding dr.Browne during am emergency surgery for a ruptured fallopian tube from an ectopic (my previous doctor told me I was fine) I have seen her for 4 years now she is a wonderful doctor and really listens to my concerns and is always on time, I never spend a ton of time waiting. I think the receptionists are very pleasant I haven't had an issue.
