It was very easy to get in there. I did not have to wait a really long time to get seen , everybody was very polite and courteous and nice they kept me safe , I would recommend anybody to go there. I’d like to thank everyone

This is a professional office offering professional services. The staff is extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Would definitely recommend this office to everyone and anyone. There’s a reason why ups uses this place because they are familiar with our jobs and the unfortunate injuries that occur. So far my PT as well as my doctors advice has brought a great improvement to my injury and feel I’m further along with it than I would be anywhere else. A great thanks to this wonderful staff and organization.

I was greeted quickly and with a smile when I entered. They asked me all the right questions to get me going with the paperwork to start and kept me informed on the next step. Everyone I came in contact with were professional and kind. They kept me moving throughout the whole process. And I was on my way in an hour. Thankyou!

Staff was very knowledgeable and efficient! The only issue was a bit of manipulation about the COVID-19 vaccine. If I had wanted a vaccine appointment there I would set it up, no need to try to push me to do that!

Was in for a DOT physical recertification. Liked being able to fill out all the paperwork prior to arriving. Appointment was at 10am and was out of there by 10:40am. It was great at the Concord NH office.
