Christiana at Jared in concord, NH was awesome. I desperately wanted a solitaire ring but I thought I would have to settle for a halo. Christiana came up with an emerald cut solitare and I picked out a beautiful setting. I was thrilled to have the diamond of my dreams.

The story is wayyyyy too long to tell. Overall, I wouldn't purchase anything here again. I gave 2 stars because not all of the problems were their fault. The Jared card goes through Genesis card services and they are terrible. The people here are trying to run a good store but corporate policies such as discontinuing rings they've carried for decades makes it a bit frustrating to the consumer. They have good employees who try but they're set up to fail by their credit company and corporate office, and the consumer is the one who will pay for it.

We went inside to purchase a wedding band for my husband. We noticed it was busy so we waited. About 30 minutes later 3 of the employees were standing around just chatting. Another one finished with someone and walked right past us and offered help to a man who had just walked in.nWe walked out.nNo service. No attention. Nothing.nWill NOT go there again.nVery poor service
