Wish I could give Dave more than 5 stars! I simply walked in with no idea of what I was doing, and he took a ton of time to really educate me on what to look for in an engagement ring. He is extremely transparent on his costs for materials so I could know first-hand that my money was being well-spent, and he provided top-notch customer service throughout the entire process.nOnce we settled on the design & materials, he had it ordered and set within a matter of only a couple days - I've waited longer on amazon prime deliveries!nWith his help I was able to propose to my fiance with the most beautiful ring. The moment was perfect, and she couldn't be happier! I owe Dave Lund a tremendous amount of gratitude!!nDO NOT go to your big name jewelry shops if you're young & in love. Go here. He will take great care of you.n1,000% will be my only choice for a jeweler from now on!

Dave is amazing. I walked in with a very delicate and sentimental ring which had lost its main stone. Dave was able to reset the stone, and invited me back in the future for a more permanent fix. I am so grateful for his kindness, and empathy. He is truly an awesome guy! I will continue to give him my business, and I recommend you do the same!

Dave is an outstanding craftsman and jeweler to work with. My husband wanted to get me an anniversary band and I found one online that I love but was quite pricey. I brought the design to Dave and he worked with me to make a perfect and beautiful ring at a price that was more affordable for us. I have used Express Jewelry for ring cleanings, ring resizing, had my pearl necklace restrung when my daughter broke it, and other various things. I can't recommend Dave's work and work ethic enough!! He is a gem, pun intended.

Dave took the time to explain my best options for selling an engagement ring. He gave me some honest feedback and guidance to get it sold. Even after the ring was sold Dave followed up with me because he found a potential buyer. It's clear that this small business is a passion because at no point did they make any $ off of me but still offered exceptional customer service including a thorough cleaning and inspection.
