I never complete reviews, but I will say, they are so unprofessional and you can NEVER get someone on the phone it’s always a 20 minute wait! Everything was fine until my policy renewed itself..... I personally would suggest going elsewhere if you enjoy timely, and professional services.

I do NOT recommend. This insurance company dropped me because I was unable to complete the re-siding project on my house by May 9, DURING COVID-19 and an exceptionally cold spring. The siding was actually completed by May 9, but the final painting and 2 days of work were not. They didn't seem to care about that. Heartless.

I had MMG for home and both my cars. Unfortunately, I got in an accident, which was the first one I've had in my LIFE that was my fault. I was paying 1300 dollars a year for my 2 cars. While MMG handled my claim well, my policy just renewed. It went up more than DOUBLE from 1300 to over 2800. The accident I was in was minor and this is what I get? I was appalled and cancelled them immediately, and saved myself 200 bucks a year in the process, I'm now at 1100 a year for my cars. Stay far away from MMG!!

I have a policy through MMG for my small business here in Maine. I run the business out of my home where we had a fire In August. The business was closed for 3 weeks while I cleaned equipment and disposed of and ordered new product. Agent Lori Clark was amazing in her handling of my claim...checks were delivered quickly for lost product and loss of revenue and my company was able to get back up and running right away. I highly recommend this company for their insurance needs.

Wouldn't re up my insurance but they did put pressure on my independent agent, who were dragging their feet, to find me other coverage .
