If I could give them zero stars I would. They will do anything to not cover claims even ones their consults deem necessary to have. Why have insurance if claims won’t be covered? When asking for better explanations to why it’s not covered they don’t know and will not offer any. I also asked to speak with a manager but “none were available” after many calls. I asked if one could call me back at a later time three times. I still have yet to hear from a manager.

I was told to sign up through DD because there was no waiting period for you're benefits well to my surprise I have to wait 6 months before I can have anything done to my mouth so there for im payi g for something I can't use.
