May take two+ days to get a response to a voice mail??nnThen hire some staff!nnIf the problem is so widespread that you have to change the voice mail message, clearly it is an ongoing issue.nnIf the volume of calls is so high, clearly the current staff can’t handle it if I have to call 3-4 times over a multiple day period to get simple answers.nnAnother example of GIAof NH choosing their bottom line over their patients’ wellbeing.nnAnd what previous reviewers have said about the service is completely true- you often get the feeling you are somehow impeding on the receptionists time by their snappy tones of voice. (If you manage to get a human!)

I was scheduled to have a routine procedure ( referred by my doctor) done but with the info ( actually lack of) cancelled. Few days ago got a had voicemail saying that my preparation product was at the pharmacy (told GI Associates the EXACT pharmacy I use). Went to pick up my meds and was told by pharmacy they had no copy of it and neither did their other store in the area.I was supposed to be holding off on some medication that I don’t even take.nPlus I had to call my insurance company to see if my procedure was covered ( isn’t that what their office team is for) ?? Not too comfortable with them if they don’t know what they are doing???

The entire experience from my first phone call to meeting with my doctor was flawless. A truly grand group of learned doctors. Healed all my evils

Dr. Osterveen is wonderful. I have had 2 procedures done by him. The staff have always treated me nicely and with respect. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't be on the road to fixing my illness. I cant thank them enough.
