Transferred to this office from another one. I had already had my initial introductory appointment with the previous office (same practice) a month before the transfer. I was initially told I would NOT need to repeat that appointment to assume care (which is good because scheduling two initial patient visit appointments within the same practice sounds shady to me). When I needed a refill on meds, was told that I WOULD have to schedule an initial appointment after all.nnWhatevernnScheduling proved impossible. I happen to do shift work so I had an amazingly flexible schedule to offer them. I had some weeks where I had NO shifts scheduled due to reduced hours at work - they still couldn't accommodate. It took a month before they could pencil me into a slot. At that time, I voiced my concerns about how difficult it would be to manage care with a provider when I couldn't see them for a month out - the scheduler was dismissive of my concerns.nnThe week before the appointment, I get a letter in the mail telling me the doctor would NOT be available that day and I needed to reschedule again.nnI truly don't know how they can provide quality primary care without seeing their patients for months at a time.

Nice people, extremely disorganized in the last few years. They have lost paperwork, require reminder after reminder after reminder to get paperwork filled out or to have labs requested etc..... I have been a patient at Concord Family Medicine for 35 years. My wife and I are looking for a new family practice.

Been going here for years. I'm a local from Concord. If I can't get my doctor, they set me up with another one of their doctors. ALL are nice and warm and very eager to help. Everyone is nice and genuine. They work with you to find the best solution for your needs

Dr. Martel and her staff take excellent care of our baby girl. She has so much experience, is super knowledgeable, and has a down-to-earth approach. Our whole family sees her now.
