I resisted getting hearing aids for years but finally bit the bullet. The folks at this Hearing Center were thoroughly professional in helping this elderly gentleman hear properly again. I highly recommend them.

My 25 year old daughter lost the hearing in her right year 4 years ago do to a high fever. She went to this office for a 3rd opinion. She left their office in tears. She is a soft hearted, kind young person who go's out of her way to make others happy. The doctor she saw was anything but kind or sensitive. She (my daughter) had her hearing tested twice before this visit by experts in the field of audiology. This office was suppose to do a complete hearing test and did nothing of the like. I am very upset that my daughter who already struggles with the fact that she has lost part of her hearing had to sit though an office visit where she was talked down to and made to feel that her hearing loss was her own fault because she did not seek medical advice sooner after being sick with a high fever. Had he asked before he said such an awful thing he would have found out that I (a nurse) took her to her PCP immediately when she said she could not hear from her right hear. We had to return to the PCP 2 more times before seeking the opinion of a specialist hoping to get answers and then on to another specialist and at each visit preyed for a little hope. It is my wish that no one else has to experience what my daughter experienced during her visit to this office. Sincerely,nMomma Bear

Very unfrofessional, in that they use an off-shore marketing firm that barely speaks English. Hi pressure sales. $8K for 2 units.nNot impressed.
