took concord coach from Boston to Pinkham Notch NH and must say this is the one of the best coach/buses i have taken so far want to thank and commend the effort from the company for passenger safety during covid they had one seating per row and plastic shields over each seat thank you

I took the Concord Coach from Concord to New York. It was fantastic. The hospitality was beyond exceptional. Our driver was John. He did a great job getting us there. The bus was filled with countless comfortable items. We had complimentary headphones, free coffee and snacks. There was a movie and radio channels to choose from. They even had pillows and blankets available. I was very impressed with the service and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who needs to go to New York.

This was our first time using Concord Coach and we had a great experience! The online navigation was easy to purchase the correct tickets and spelled everything out as far as what to expect for pickup and drop off times etc. Everyone was very friendly. Having this transportation made the start and end of our trip to Logan airport very relaxing!

I am avoiding until they take reservations. Last week at Logan, the 3:40 bus arrived at Terminal E, 30 people were waiting and the driver said, sorry all full. Same in Boston - line up half an hour early, don't get on and wait in line another hour. What's the point if you can't reliably get where you're going?

Clean facilities with good surrounding plentiful park & ride lots, although it is well used so sometimes finding a spot can be a trial, just make sure you give yourself enough time to park before your bus leaves. Service to NYC is excellent with friendly drivers and comfortable buses.
