It's a clean nicely renovated place amenities are a little low for the price but it's quiet, close to everything you need in walking distance... No coffee or tea... That was the downfall.. but you could bring your own.. where they have a full kitchen! Just didn't know. We would stay again.
The man who set up my reservation was incredibly kind. The woman who we met for check in was rude to say the least. When my boyfriend showed up to check in she claimed that we didn't even have a reservation under our name. When I showed up I apparently only had my expired license so she had to cancel the reservation. My boyfriend offered to do a new reservation under his name but we were told we can't because she already knows I'm here. She offered us a free cancellation and when I started crying saying we had nowhere to go she said nevermind and charged us the cancellation fee.
Wonderful, friendly, professional staff. Decent breakfast selection. Clean room.
The place was absolutely clean for such a great price it is the second time we went back there, place is absolutely wonderful!
ATTENTION: do not stay here for one night. This place was nothing like I was expecting. This is only for people who need to stay for extended period of times. The hallways smelled like feces, the room wasn’t clean, there was dirt on the floor, and the people surrounding us were extremely loud. We read the instructions on staying there, and there were so many comments about firearms, police calls, and domestic situations that made us feel like it was not the place we should have chosen to stay at. When we told the front desk about our concerns, she was extremely apologetic and she actually gave us a refund. The only reason why I am leaving 1 star is because she was so professional and nice. She cared about her position and did everything she could to offer us a better stay, but we chose to look elsewhere. Please read reviews on this place before booking!
