Let me first start off by saying that Jeff and Irene are amazing to work with. They are very friendly and they take the time to listen to you to understand what you are looking for.nnThe first time I came to this store was a few years ago. I found them while googling and they were rated very highly and had excellent reviews. I had a piece of jewelry that needed some repair work done and I decided to go with Jeffrey Scott Jewelers. The repair work was done to very high standards and exceeded my expectations. The bracelet was repaired, cleaned up, and looked brand new. Jeff does amazing work.nnJeff and Irene have also been very helpful every time my wife and I come to the store. They really do take the time to listen and will give you honest advice and show you different options. They have a lot of knowledge of jewelry and it is very apparent they enjoy being in the business.nnSince the initial repair that brought me in, I have brought different pieces in for repair and the latest was a lot more complicated since it involved rebuilding tiny new gold chain links and adding it back in. Jeff was very happy to do it and let me know that the color may not match 100% because of how much older the bracelet was. That’s the kind of honest customer service I appreciate and it turned out beautiful.nnMy wife and I have also purchased jewelry from Jeff and Irene and they really can make anything you want or show you different options or ways to approach what you want. It is always a good experience. Jeff also makes custom jewelry and they do have a good selection of what they offer in store.nnI can honestly say that they are a pleasure to work with and I have never had any problems. They have always been happy to answer questions, make recommendations, and work with me and wife. The customer service is top notch.nnIf you are in the area I would say give them a chance!

Over the past 5 or so years, I have had the pleasure of window shopping and purchasing jewelry in Jeffrey Scott jewelers. I have also had jewelry I purchased other places fixed at Jeffrey Scott. Every customer is given the best care and attention, whether you're spending thousands, or hundreds, or just having a watch battery changed. Most of the items I purchased over the years were actually made by Jeffrey Scott, and he is quite talented in matching stones and settings. When I got engaged, I got my ring here, a Jeffrey Scott hand made, non-traditional, green tourmaline with diamonds. Sadly we moved away recently, but I visit every chance I get!

He has decades of experience and his knowledge of jewelry is broad. I have had him inspect and widen rings and strengthen prongs that hold stones in place; fix heirloom rings; service my watch, and have purchased jewelry from him, all of which have been good quality. I trust him completely and know whatever job he takes on it will be done well. I am thankful to have found him.

Wow, what an experience. I was recently gifted 2 family diamonds that I brought in, along with some old settings. They were able to take that along with my solitaire engagement ring and turn it into the most stunning 3 stone ring. I’m sure it was a challenge, because my mother’s stone was oval, but Jeffrey’s skill was able to make symmetrical and beautiful. On top of that, they had it ready for me 4 days early and shined up our wedding bands to match at no charge. I could not be happier that I chose Jeffrey Scott for something that means everything to me....I have found my jeweler for life. Do yourself a favor and go visit....they also have some of the most beautiful pieces I have seen and are a super nice family. It feels really good to support this local business that has talent and knows how to treat their customers.

Jeffrey did a great job creating a really beautiful ring for me. I brought him my broken and gold that I didn’t used anymore, he melted it and even gave me an extra diamond and used Platinum for the base of the ring where the diamonds lay. This is an awesome store! They are very honest and great customer service. I’m going back to buy more and definitely I highly recommend them.
