Great people to deal with. While shopping for a new insert I checked out 5 locations and this team was by for the easiest to deal with. I wanted a one stop shop and they fit the bill. Every other place I visited would not come to my home to take a look at the project. When I talked to the people here they offered to come to my house to verify what I wanted would work. They also did the job start to finish because their tech was certified to do the plumbing work. And on top of that they we cheaper than everyone else. I will use them again for my next insert install.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We call them for information and they say they’ll call back, but they never did. We drove up there to ask why they didn’t return our calls, and she promised us she would email us the next Tuesday with the information we needed. When that didn’t happen, we called AGAIN and was told we would get a call, and you can see where this is going....

This was the first year i purchased pellets from them and they not only delivered it, but stacked the bags neatly in my garage for me. I also had them inspect a pellet stove that wasn't working correctly. Not only did they come and fix it ( I needed a new chimney liner) but they cleaned out the pellet stove for me and left the place cleaner than when they arrived.nnThe two techs were very nice and professional, and even gave me advice on how to make my other stove more efficient.nnWould use them again in a heartbeat.

We have had the best experience with All Basics, from easily deciding which stove to purchase to the installation. Everyone was friendly in the store, on the phone explaining our pricing and during the install. We are very pleased with our stove and how well it heats our home & would highly recommend All Basics. We have always heard great reviews from friends about them and are very happy we went with them.

I bought two pellet stoves and one propane fireplace insert from All Basics Stove Shop. All were top of the line items. We're likely one of the larger customers they've ever had.nnThis year one of the pellet stoves won't start, making it useless. When I called them in early October they suggested calling someone else because they're booked until next year.nnHad I known this is how they treat existing customers, I never would have made the initial purchase from this company.
