I went in due to an injury to a tendon in my ankle. Intake was quick and I barely had to wait before seeing someone. Melissa and the assistant who saw me were both very kind and efficient with my care.

The staff there was really nice, but I asked how much I could expect to pay (hurt leg/ checking if it was broken) and I was told X-rays were $50 cash without insurance. I asked if I could do that since it would probably be more with insurance, and she said yes. I got the bill today for $275, and they had gone through my insurance. I called to explain that I wouldn't have gone there if I wasn't misled.nThe first person I spoke to hung up on me. The second person told me she'd tell her manager (that's secretary for screw).nI will never go to a convenient md again. It's the medical equivalent of, I was about to compare them to McDonald's, but McDonald's doesn't deserve that.

Needed to take a covid test and called to seenHow long their waits were and they told me 30-45min, drove here and sure enough was out in 30min! They did a great job explaining everything to me, great service and great staff!

Staff was excellent, process was straight forward, office are was very clean. I felt safe. The wait was a little long, but given the environment...it’s a small price to pay.
