My elderly father's partial plate broke. He needed it repaired so he could chew his food. I called aspen dental and they were able to see him the next day. They were able to repair his denture in their lab on the premises in an hour. He is very pleased with the results. It fits comfortably. They were able to give him a couple of discounts making the cost of the repair very reasonable. The staff were also very nice and accommodating.

Great staff, super clean location, and very accommodating for anyone without dental insurance. This place is worth the experience... I heard more laughter and cheer than that terrible high pitched drilling noise we all fear. I enjoyed this place so much I might even let them rip out a few wisdom teeth.ud83euddb7

The team at Aspen dental was wonderful. From the cheerful front desk staff through completion of the visit, everyone was very attentive and clear.nnBrianna was very thorough and efficient and put me at ease. Dr Swarup was very warm, and personable and thoughtfully addressed all of my dental concerns and questions. Prem was very accommodating, friendly and did a very thorough cleaning.nnIn contrast to other dentists I have seen, I was pleased that the charges are spelled out for you prior to work being done. This clarity is extremely important and appreciated.nnI will be having my family and friends seek care here!nnAll the best to the team at Aspen dental Amherst.

I am new in town and was looking for a dentist for my primary care. I only wanted a cleaning and to meet with them. There were no issues. They accepted my appointment and performed all of the annual x-rays that my insurance covered. Upon completion of the x-rays, I was informed that they do not have a regular hygienist on site and I would need to make another appointment or go to another facility who did. That was disappointing since my only reason for making the appointment was for routine teeth cleaning. They could have made me aware of this prior to my initial visit. I will now have to take off work again for a second and possibly third appointment. Definitely could have communicated better.

Unprofessional and thiefs. My sister came in to have your wisdom teeth removed. They told her it would be $2500. We paid the full amount and than they scheduled the surgery a month later. On the day the surgery they told us we have to pay an extra $500 because some specialist noticed something extra.nnIf we had known the actual cost at the start we could have shopped around. I don't see why we have to pay extra for their mistake. They knew she was in pain and took advantage of the situation. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOUR GOING TO GET ROBBED TOO!!!!
