I’ve always had a good experience for cleanings although I’ve only been going there a year. My last experience with the receptionist was anything but enjoyable. I received a bill for something I was told was quick and didn’t have to be billed for. I asked and the receptionist and she was very rude to me on the phone and told me I clearly misunderstood him and told me he didn’t say that as if she was there. When she called me back after speaking to Dr. Fallon she stated the reason I was billed was I had to many cleanings which isn’t true. When I was confused and asked her to clarify she made sure to rudely say “I’ll waive it this time but you will be charged for everything else in the future” Every time I’ve gone there she’s had an attitude and I’ve noticed it with other people as well. They’ve now lost 3 patients and if they don’t want to lose anymore they should probably consider finding someone that isn’t rude to everyone.
