I have been with the Kapiloff agency since buying my home in 2009 .I always just renewed my homeowners insurance and never really thought about it until it went up quite a bit over a couple of years . I received a survey from the agency and wrote my concerns down as I had not heard from an agent in a while . Alex took the time to personally write back . He showed honest and genuine caring for my needs and set me up with Jon North who did an excellent job finding the policy that met my needs .nnI feel like both Alex and Jon made a serious effort to communicate and understand my needs . All of this happened during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. It meant alot to me . I don't think you can go wrong with this agency .nthank younnMark Robinson
