I called Heart Line Stove Shop to ask some questions about a wood stove insert that I had purchased from another store that has since gone out of business. Very nice shop ud83dudc4d it has lots of models so you can see the stove before you buy it.the employees are very nice and the store just looks nice on the inside.
I would give them a zero if I could. Larry has no customer service skills and he is the owner. If you want to be talked down to and get quotes/install for only what they want to sell you. Then go with this company.
They were great. I needed a couple of parts, and had questions about our new stove, and they answered all of my questions. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
Extremely helpful staff and great product selection and prices.
