Awesome Condo! Fully furnished, one great price which includes everything..electric, heat, hot water, cable and internet! Super quiet and great location. Place was spotless when I moved in. Highly recommended. People who manage units are outstanding. Thank you Kim and Dave!
We will definitely stay at Kim and Dave's condo again. Being able to stay in this beautifully decorated, clean, quiet, and cozy condo has been the perfect find! My wife and I love skiing at Gunstock, which is only 15 minutes away. It is also perfectly located to get to both the Weirs or the Bank of NH Pavilion in less than 10 minutes. We love the lakes region, so we will be looking to book the condo again very soon.nThanks Kim and Dave!
Absolutely loved the unit. Stayed for a few months and couldn't have been happier. I travel a lot for work and this was by far the best extended stay housing I have ever been in.
My husband and I rented for three months while building a house in the Gilford area. Location was perfect for us. Unit we rented was very clean and nicely decorated. We had view of lake, great sunsets, and also firework displays from the lake. Pool area was very clean and we were able to BBQ poolside. There is parking underneath which is convenient for when it rains or is very hot! Restaurants, stores, and other amenities are close by. I would highly recommend staying here.
Best home away from home! I am a traveling surgical tech and was lucky enough to stay here during my time in Laconia, NH. The condos are in great shape and have absolutely EVERYTHING you would ever need. They are right next to two grocery stores and have a laundromat unit in the back. I would definitely stay here again on my next assignment!
