HealthFirst was extremely responsive to an urgent request yesterday to get 15 + people tested for COVID. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and were extremely friendly and efficient.

Myself and my family are all patients at health first in laconia NH, and today Kristi (chrissy) the receptionist went above and beyond her duties to try and resolve the issue we were having with getting my grandmother's hospital bed. I could not be more happier than I am today with the amazing patient/customer service she bestowed upon us! Thank you Health first in laconia NH but most importantly thank you Kristy!!!!

Don’t recommend a therapist here, they will cancel their appointments with you and show up to 1% of them, I don’t know if this is because of covid or not but it’s unfortunate that people suffering anxiety and depression can’t even get help especially in this time sense we are trapped at home nothing but our deep thoughts
