Shopping for a vehicle from another state can be a risk. I traveled to Albuquerque from Tucson after speaking with Blake, the owner of Pistons Automotive. We did a live walk around the vehicle via FaceTime and he was upfront and honest about the minor flaws on the vehicle so there were no surprises but assured me it was mechanically sound. Just bought a fantastic used Subaru from Pistons, the whole process was a pleasure. Blake was knowledgeable, helpful, reasonable and all around good guy. This place lacks the "pushy salesman" and price gouging aspect of car buying. I love Pistons and will be back for more cars in the future.

He respected me from, "hello" on the phone to "pleasure doing business with you", as we closed the deal. . Zero pressure sales, which made buying my 4runner exciting instead of stressful. Nothing worse than a slimy car salesman to make a car transaction stressful. I have feared buying a vehicle for months. (my last vehicle purchase, 2008) In fact I stalked his website for at least six months until i found something I was sure of. He was patient with me, answered all my questions and educated me. If something is wrong he will be sure to make it right. Paperwork? What paperwork? He does everything electronic which was fast and easy and stress free. I was able to go back and print and read at my leisure. The main thing I respected about Blake was the trust we established during our transaction. He asked if I was interested in trading in my Tacoma for the 4runner I was looking at, I said no and he left it at that.
