I work in Sidney and see the Day and Night guys coming and going from a neighboring business and have even had their service at my work. Seemed to get the job done and accomplished. However, the after hours guy a bit on the heavy side came to our home in Sterling for service. Needed our water softener disconnected because the plumbing had froze and busted. He arrived and accessed what needed to be done, capped it off and then made excuses as to why he couldn’t go into the crawl space to disconnect it from the plumbing. Saying that they really don’t do crawl spaces and that all the guys that work with him are heavy set like him and they wouldn’t be able to get under there either. I HAVE seen your employees and they are not all over weight like the tech that came out. I felt we were lied to just so he didn’t have to do any other work. Very disappointed. I can’t express how disappointed in words. Will not ever use them again!

Had appointment for Friday to check AC, said they would call if they couldn't make it. No-call, no-show!!

They came out same day and recharged my air conditioner. Pleasant technician. $140 price tag was a little high for a 20 minute job.
