Leased a horse for 3 months paid the insurance for those 3 months back in July 2019. We canceled the insurance aqha notified them and we to this day are getting charged insurance. The horsebwas returned and then sold to its current owner but they Re still charging us no matter how we try and cancel they are refusing.

They are supper easy to work with and insure more than just horses and llamas. There was no problem at all when I had to do a claim, I will only use them for all my animal insurance needs. . If I get a camel or a zebra I will be calling on them again. They were so nice and compassionate when I lost my llama and made making the claim easy for me. I had my clients insure the llamas they got from me with Wilkins and they like them as well.

Hear me out I’m not the type of person to write a bad review but buyer beware when trusting these folks to your equine insurance. When you actually have to use it good luck getting money out of them! Biggest scam I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve also had friends that have used them with the exact same situation as me! 5 years of paying my premiums on time and the one time I’ve ever made a claim to put a horse down “paper work for lost” fingers were pointed at everyone and no one would help my horse. Needless to say I never got paid on the insured horse. Very disappointed in this company.

The only livestock insurance company I have ever used, and the only one I will ever use!!! Incredible customer service. Bob Wilkins has become a great friend over the years, and I cherish that friendship. We have laughed together and cried together, more than once!!!

I've had insurance on my horse with them for several years. They are always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend the agency.
