Went to kubats for the first time today. My husband had bladder cancer and needs to wear urostomy bags. We had a prescription from his Dr. Which he visited a week ago. An employee told us that they needed his medical records in order to fill the prescription. Why would a pharmacy need all his records in order to get the pouches. Went to kohls, prescription was ordered and will be shipped within 4 days. Wow. We will never go to kubats again. This is a lifelong prescription and they need to educate their associates that they don't need his medical records, just a prescription and insurance information. The associate became very rude when I asked her to return the script to us. They would have made money from us as this is for life. Will never stop in kubats again, they lost our business!
