EXCELLENT! I have used this service for 15 years. I am retired military and have choices whereas I chose Dr Sellon and his staff. Like every business there are folks that just are not people people, I can say that I have used the x-ray, laboratory, nurses and services of 4 of their Doctors, PA's and found them all to be care giving, friendly and very thorough at what they do. I was promised that I would be kept alive for a long time and they have fulfilled that promise. I do not understand why the reviews score is so low, the negatives are there from years past, perhaps others like me that truly know what they are like can comment and tell your story. 23rd Family Med meets and exceeds my expectations and has for 15 years. I do utilize the VA but just for oversight and I choose to stay here rather than there. Thanks to all for a great job!

Horrible! Absolutely horrible! 20 years ago one of the best, now one of the worst. They threw the majority of your patients to the wolves. So disappointed in this office. The nurse that takes Drs calls is horrible. ZERO compassion! I quit taking my medication. I was there in May and they will not allow refills. I can not afford to run to the doctor all the time. I am self pay.

I called to schedule an appointment and Brenda was very rude. I see other reviews on the staff here that treat you as though your bothering them.nMy family and I have been going here for 15 years but after talking with Brenda today, I think we will be finding a new place.
