I always find everything I need good price and fast shipping

I went in to drop off a FedEx package. The seemingly only employee in the store at the time told me he hadn’t been trained on how to handle this, and I would have to wait 10 minutes. I left after waiting 15-20 minutes, drove to Columbus, and was able to drop off my package at a gas station without even talking to anyone. What a waste of time. Train your employees on advertised services or lose customers.

Was just fine.
