Although I know it appears that the techs try, the pharmacist Cindy is awful. She is rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I don't know if they are short staff or what. However, there is no excuse for this horrible customer service. Don't even think of asking the pharmacist a question, doesn't give you the time of day, or respect your privacy. Problems with an order? too bad! she just hangs up on you. I am definitely going to find a new pharmacy. Too bad though, it was convenient at Target.

I have a prescription on automatic refill with a 90 day supply & they have been 'out of this drug' every time I need a refill. This time I have been without this B/P med for 4 day ... so far ... & still it is not in.

I am so surprised by the reviews. I have been using this pharmacy for more than five years and have never had poor customer service or other experiences that might warrant a poor review. I am grateful they are located in a convenient location, there is a coffee shop if there is wait time and I have been treated with respect. The personnel manage those things out of their control with grace and I have been treated with kindness consistently.

App and text inform me that my prescription is ready for pickup. 90% of the time I go to pick it up and it's NOT READY. I have to wait another 20 minutes for it to be ready. The lines are usually long, and rarely is there more that one pharmacist checking out customers. My insurance forces me to use this pharmacy. Thanks, Obama for screwing this up.
