Easy parking and not too expensive.
Nice garage and cheap
Parked here on a Sunday and noticed they have a sign clearly saying parking on Sunday is FREE. When we went to leave, the machine charged us $3 to park which is the normal winter rate. We tried the help button which took several minutes and no one answer until after we went ahead and just paid the fee. The help person said she could send an officer down or we could just go without any offer of a refund. We were very frustrated to hear they are aware of this problem and still haven’t fixed it or removed the sign. Very misleading. I’m sure lots of people like us coming down to see the ice castle have had this happen. While $3 is not a lot of money, I don’t like businesses that misrepresent fees. My advice to Stillwater public parking is simply take down the free sign until you get your act together.
Five bucks for a little over an hour. Crazy overpriced.
