Fantastic customer service. I accidentally left one of my bags in the parking lot. Staff retrieved it, secured it, and safely got it back to me. Staff is friendly and competent. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is pet friendly; there is a large area to take my dogs out. If you're looking for a nice, clean, friendly, and affordable place to stay . . . Stay here!
Over the last couple years, I have stayed at this hotel a half dozen times.nnAll visits were good with the exception of my last one.nnIt was horrible. I will not be back.nnI urge you to read the other one star reviews on here recently involving weirdness at the front desk.nnIt's too bad because this hotel was one of my favorites.
This is our 2nd weekend in a row staying here. Last weekend the kids had a great time at the pool. We even decided to stay an extra day for the price. This weekend we got a room with a fireplace and huge Jacuzzi tub for a VERY reasonable price!!!! Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful!
My kids are 9 and 6. I bring them here every Tuesday to swim and stay a night. The staff here is Incredible. Very down to earth and fun to talk to and also very professional. Also kids love the water slide.
We never even got to stay! We had reserved a jacuzzi room and they front desk staff was very rude to us when we came in. Then he sent us to a regular room. We reminded that we’d even called to verify the reservation for a jacuzzi suite and he came back and said. “No rooms, come back next week”. Huh? Then was still pretty rude to us. Now I see online that room is available for tonight. Really?!? Never again
