We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The rooms and halls were a bit outdated but the hotel is under construction to bring it up to where it should be. The staff was by far the most accommodating I've ever experienced! The pool was a great size, never crowded, 2 hot tubs with jets, the biggest continental breakfast I've ever seen, and very comfortable beds. (I do prefer a bit of a stiffer mattress) I absolutely loved the Muddy Cow restaurant that was attached and they had tons of gluten free options to accommodate my allergies. I would definitely stay here again, and am excited for them with their new updates on the way!

Plenty of room for my rig, good rate, good service ! After reading the reviews, I was hesitant, then I parked here and walked into the place and booked anyway and was very happy with the hotel. The pool area is awesome, got free run of the place since not one other was there. Good breakfast this morning, definitely a nice place. I could see where they’re doing some remodeling, so maybe it was bad before.

Had a wonderful stay here. We had great service the night we reserved our room, i cant remember the lady's name that helped us but she was awesome. She worked the late shift. When it came time to check in we got in 2 hours early. Relaxed in the hot tub (which could be better but was just fine). We seemed to have no neighbors which made for nice privacy. Had some company, champagne, and lots of fun. Thanks for the F shack! Sorry for the mess. :)

I stayed here for over 3 weeks. The staff was great! Our room was great with a patio and fridge, and the breakfest was bomb! The only downside was some of the guests. But i would stay there again. Pool and hottubs were great.

If you don't live in a trailer court this place is way below your standards. Not clean at all. Seen multiple bugs. Window screen was torn almost off. The smell I can't even describe. The TV reception was fuzzy at best. The breakfast isn't that bad but made me nervous eating it cause how dirty the rest of the hotel is. The breakfast attendant was extremely friendly and helpful. There is not a single sign on the building to let you know you have arrived at your palace. When finally realizing this is the correct hotel we were greeted with the most unpleasant hotel staff member.
