AVOID BY ANY MEANS! This outdated, ran down motel with stain- infested sheets and no heat in the rooms. Throughout the night, occupants can be heard running in and out all night. If u plan on staying up and partying with no regard to cleanliness then this is your spot. #MaskUp
Horrible hotel. Construction going on in the room next to us til midnight on a Tuesday night. Filthy bathroom with only 1 towel. Floor tiles not glued down and moldy air conditioner unit in the wall. Very! Very! Unpleasant stay!
Upon my arrival I was Double Charged for My Stay. And then the very next morning another $130 was charged once again on top of the $370 I was charged for my 3 night stay. (Which should have been a one time charge of $187.68. I was reimbursed my $130 and was told my double charge would be refunded to my account. Which it was. And so come Sunday morning I needed to stay another night so that I could sleep being I got off work at 10am and was not up for driving another 4 hours back home. So I paid cash to stay until Monday morning. Come check out Monday morning I was then again charged $187.68 at 4.21 am the morning of checkout. And was just told to calm down and that it would be reimbursed that day. But calling my bank they said there is no release on the funds to be dropped back into my account.nI planned on staying here every weekend for work purposes at Mystic Lake Casino. But, sadly I will NEVER plan on staying at this place again.nThere was a reek of marijuana throughout the building my second night. I never once seen that breakfast was served. Construction throughout the hotel as well. Which did not help me in getting sleep for my shift from 2am-10am.
The window to the room was open when I arrived. It is warmer in the hall way than this room. The therma stat on the wall says it is 60 in here. The desk offered a space heater and it doesn't blow air it just generates heat. I am tired and wanted a warm place to sleep. I could have slept in my vehicle and saved the money I spent to sleep here.
The rooms are NOT clean. I've stayed in motel sixes that were better than this place. Also it's clear from Reading other reviews, that the owner is completely oblivious to feedback. Also it seems that somebody is copying and pasting a 5-star review. This is plainly obvious as it begins by saying that the place is hip and trendy and one other adjective that I can't remember off the top of my head. I definitely will not stay here again.
