After having lived here for almost 20 years, I can say that it's a pretty good place to live. It needs more economic growth (sorry, strip malls don't count), could really use a local, smaller grocery store, and the water bills are outrageously high. But, it has a small town feel, and there's no stop lights, at least yet. Overall, the people are very nice.
This place clearly knows how to satisfy their clients. Constantly with a welcoming demeanor. The food is conveniently priced, regularly tasty and clean.
