The other commenter ‘Mitch’ pretty much summed up my experience as well. I went to school here fifth grade through eighth grade. It is a poorly funded school. They don’t have a cafeteria, so if you forget your lunch, you just starve that day. They were still using the 80s projectors instead of PowerPoint. The desks were super old and obviously recycled. Textbooks were old. Our gym teacher sat in a Rolling office chair and watched us run laps. Worst school years of my life

I have made so many friends at this school, and I am so sad I have to leave next year because they took out the 9th grade. I learned good life skills and also have found books that are amazing that I never would have read otherwise. I loved having choir, watching plays, and also seeing the art my siblings and others had created. I think this school is great, especially if you come for the experience.

My child is currently attending NPA in the 2nd grade. He loves this school, his teachers and all the friends he has made along the way. I like that this school understands that each child has different needs and works with each child to help them achieve their full potential within their educational system. There is homework that needs to be completed daily. Does take some effort on the parents to help the child succeed? You bet! But what a great opportunity I have to be able to be a part of my child's educational process. I like that the front office people are kind and helpful. They try to know each child's name. The school tries to have activities that involves the families to help the parents get to know each other and become a community. Afternoon pick-up is neat and orderly, as long as the parents picking up their children behave. The teachers try to get the kids out to their cars as quickly as they can. I look forward to my next child starting kindergarten next year.

Ohhh yup. This is the best school. I went here for a few years and i loved it. Come here for a good education and for teachers with a zest for life. Your child will learn life skills as well as the books. #Mr.C #ripcursive

this school is awful. i felt shame and fear the whole time i was there. and it is a proven fact that you can not learn in fear.
