Nice hotel with pool & hot tub. There's room windows that really open. Microwaves & small fridges in the rooms.nA couple things...nThe linens reek of bleach.nThe matress was tired/lumpy.nWhen the guests are staying 2 nights & request fresh towels the staff should not question Why? What did you do with your current towels?nYou're not asking for a total room cleaning JUST fresh towels.
Front desk did nothing to control the noisy behavior of their guests. Despite calling their front desk several times. Very very disappointed. 2 am and still not been able to sleep despite several calls to their front night clerk Michael. Wasn’t bad enough the room smelled and then have to deal with poor behavior.
A fine facility with exemplary service, including breakfast and evening meal offerings. Very clean rooms and towels.
Very worn hotel, that is dirty and falling apart. Sofas are broken and rooms are really dirty. Also, not a controlled environment at night. Stay away from booking this hotel. Hotel jack up rates for hockey weekend and the rooms aren't even close to worth the price.
I'm up here for work and was not expecting much . I was pleasantly surprised room is spotless and they have free dinner ! Bed is comfy too. Great little hotel ,pleasantly surprised
