Inexpensive place to live with a huge Park right next door
Great community to live in, other than the mortars and fireworks every other night. Generally safe neighborhood, everyone looks out for each other.
Seems well taken care of, have had no complaints from family that live here. People seem friendly and considerate. My only 'issue' is I wish they would put up some traffic control or directional suggestions for vehicles as I've had several instances of people leaving the grounds quite fast for the posted speed limits without any indication of the direction they're headed. While this is common everywhere it seems especially concerning with so many kids around. As well the extended 'raised' area between the incoming and outgoing traffic is not denoted well so many people 'hop' the curb area as it grades down to level with the pavement.
Place has gone down the drain. Glad I moved out 5 yrs ago. The tenants deserve better service from the manager.
