There is a wonderful pharmacist there named Erika, who is an absolute gem! She does anything and everything to make sure you are taken care of in the kindest, most courteous fashion! I absolutely adore her, and she is the reason I will keep coming back to CVS forever for all my prescription needs! Thank you, Erika, for being such a great asset to this company! PS. The convenience of this location in a Target is not worth the wait. Wait time for this location to talk to pharmacist on the phone is ridiculously wrong and they put me on hold multiple times even though I was just calling to ask if they had a vaccine available. Called the CVS location down the road and they answered my question right away.

I find that every single time I try to use the pharmacy or minute clinic, it’s extremely frustrating. Absolutely not worth the “convenience” or lower prices.

This CVS has a great communication system, process set up and they are so nice and willing to help their customers! I have now switched to this CVS solely based on their customer service. It is not conveniently located for me at all but their customer service is just so great!

I've used this pharmacy a couple times since it's on my way home from my doctor's office, but the last time will be my last. I called before hand to see if my prescription was sent over correctly and if it was available for pick up, since I was on a time crunch to get my child my school. I sat on hold for over 10 minutes, I eventually hung up. Once arrive, I sat in line for at least another 15 minutes. Once it was my turn up, an older woman jumped the line and went up to the counter since she knew the person that was working there. The employee helped her and didn't say a word about the line, so I ended up standing in line for another 10 minutes as they went on with their casual conversation. Once I got up to the counter, I received no apologies for the long wait line or anything about her friend who jumped the line. She kept pushing me on the flu shot on me as well, I declined over three times. I'll do the extra drive to the Andover location since I feel their service is much better and faster.
