The service has gone downhill. In the last week I have been to cvs 3 times to pickup prescriptions for my family. Each time I have had to wait 20 to 30 minutes just to pickup waiting prescriptions. Staff is short handed. Phone ringing off the hook, no staff answering. Cars lined up at the drive up window. You go in and people standing around waiting to be waited on at the pharmacy. It is horrible. They need more staff.
