Very helpful and accommodating. Super easy and fairly priced. Gave me a great deal for my second month
I’m giving a one star rating because even after I moved out I still continued to be charged. I was promised by Micheal he would speak to the manager and I would receive a full refund. I’ve called multiple times being assured the same thing and... NOTHING. Buyer Beware! Change your credit card ASAP once you move out!!!! I’ve continued to keep calling in hopes to get my refund and no answer!!
Great Facilities and very clean, very helpful staff and was given a Free moving Truck to use. Price was fair and EASY Access to the facilities...

Went to grab something I bought from someone online, really clean place.
I highly recommend West Jordan Self Storage. There prices are good, the customer service is good, and their facility is clean and well maintained. Not once I’m the two months I rented from them did a single thing happen that was a concern. Thank you so much for a good relationship. I would definitely rent again if need be.
