Great place to live. Quiet, peaceful and friendly. Good price, and gets good maintenance from manager. Place has wide streets compared to other trailer parks, and place is nice.

This is a good tight knit trailer park community with nice trailers and good friendly neighbors that help eachother out when needed.
Worthless maintenance. Couldn't plow himself out of a wet paper bag. Lot rent keeps going up and NOTHING is getting done. Sewer issues, plowing issues, Mgmt talking down to you when you question or confront them. The owner sure doesnt seem to give a rats behind about the place... lived here 12 years and it just keeps going downhill
