From the application process to now the staff have been very helpful and friendly. The park looks nice and neighbors are nice. They recently painted the playground equipment and looks very nice and colorful from my window, I can tell kids enjoy to walk around the park.nnI made a good decision on buying a home at Moundsview MHP. It’s just great here!nnGreat School District too.

Basketball hoop is super nice but the court needs to be redone.

I’ve lived in Moundsview MHP for almost 2 years and it has been a great experience. The park is well taken care of. The staff are friendly and caring.
