5 star service!! Booked the conference room for a business conference and cannot recommend it enough! Staff offered amenities and coffee, a swimming pool, a hot tub, and everything else we needed. What a deal! And the swimming area is extremely luxurious. Will be back!
Peggy at the front desk is awesome! Super friendly and helpful.nRooms are clean and well kept. With covid restrictions there’s certain things they can’t offer, like the continental breakfast. But they do offer a bagged breakfast they’ll drop off at your door if you choose which I thought was a nice idea. The pool is open but they’re good about making sure it stays at 25% capacity (7 people). I had the king suite that had the jacuzzi tub and it was really nice. Overall a very very good experience.
The beds are comfy. It is fairly clean. The breakfast are brown bagged and you have to register at the front desk to access the pool due to Covid mandates.
The hotel its self was great, rooms were very clean and tidy, the only complaint was not letting the children under 18 in the hot tub, it actually was enough to make my husband and I not want to return to this hotel with the kids ever again.
Horrendous customer service. The older lady at the front desk was so incredibly rude. We promptly left and will not return.I would not recommend. Super 8 up the hill was amazingly kind to us I would suggest going there instead.
