Booked a reservation through Expedia. Received a message about their smoking and non smoking rooms a few days after. Then the day before our trip the property canceled the reservation. Called them up, the staff was very rude, claimed they tried calling about no availability. But if that were true we should not have been able to book a reservation in the first place. Being overbooked happens but the staff does not need to be overly rude about it.
The rooms have all been remodeled and were beautifully decorated and comfortable. Highly recommend this motel.
The staff have besn extremly helpful and out going willing to help. being segregated due to contracting covid the rooms are very well kept up with the latest tech and style. If I could give more then 5 stares I would I will recomend hear fo all my freinds. And family I was told that ownership had changed hands im truly grateful for the staff hear and carring for my needs and privacy during this time thank you Pelican motel
We rented the cabin. Our first time staying here. Room was very clean. Plenty of space. Comfortable bed. Price is very affordable. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back.
