I purchased a scenic flight for two from this group, it is nearly impossible to get a hold of them to scheduled. DO NOT purchase this with any idea that you can do it quickly. I have been calling and leaving messages almost daily for over a week, I received a return call once and they told me of a day that was available, I can to check with my schedule and call them back and haven't not been able to contact anyone again. Because of how poor the customer service is, I have zero desire to go and now I am trying to get my $200+ back, which again is a problem. Not even sure what to do. I'm hoping a negative review will encourage someone...anyone....to pick up a phone or answer a voicemail.
I got a Groupon from them it was easy to book and my husband loved his flight intro!
Great company and even greater flight instructors
Same as others, but not only I got a Groupon, I'm actually interested in their flight training...but for 2 weeks I simply can't get a hold of anyone.
Went here for commercial flight training that was smooth and on time/budget.
