Communication is poor, and new prescriptions can take days to fill. I like the automated text system for refills and such, but I don't always get informed if there is a problem. It's pretty hit or miss here.
Poor customer communications about prescriptions (not notified about denied refills, or notices from Doctors). Privacy area wasn't offered for vaccinations. Minute Clinic Closed. Pharmacy Hours reduced. I've been in the store and calls are allowed on hold for a long time and phone wait is slow. Prices in-store are much higher than elsewhere... not worth the convenience.
A life saver when you have a cold or the flew for some medicine. Great place to get random supplies too. Cashiers are really nice, but you might be there trying to find what you need for a while.
The pharmacy service is excellent. No matter what the problem, they take ownership & work to fix it. Very professional.
