This place is a rare gem. It’s unique in every single aspect. Lives change here, people gain confidence they never had, they learn how to successfully push beyond their wildest expectations, they have all you need for support from staff- and most importantly....it’s a family.....Tall, short, big, little, young or old, doesn’t matter. You’re met with open arms a smile and lots and lots of encouragement. We celebrate life together, we are involved in helping the community together. We hang out for no reason together. The owners and staff make it part of their mission to really touch and change the lives of those they encounter for the better. It’s been a blessing my whole 3 1/2 years with them. My whole family has joined and are members there as well. We love it there and can’t imagine being anywhere else to do this amazing sport! Come check it out, you’ll become better from it!

This gym was my home away from home for 6 years before eventually moving here and when i did they immediately welcomed me in as part of their community. It’s a fun environment with tough workouts and knowledgeable coaches. I can’t say enough great things about CrossFit Dig Deep and their community. If you are looking to get in shape and also be part of a group that really cares about your progress look no further.

If you're in the market for a motivating and encouraging gym atmosphere, look no further. I started over 6 years ago with 200 lbs to lose. The coaching staff and community welcomed me with open arms and were nothing but encouraging. I had no idea that when I made the decision to walk through their doors that it would be one of the best decisions I had ever made. Great staff, great owners, great programming and the best community. Do yourself a favor and give it a go.

This place is amazing!!! The community is second to none, the atmosphere is one of constant improvement. Everyone their is just as happy about your success as you are, all the way from the owners to the coaching staff to the fellow members. I couldn’t imagine another gym being as inclusive or as embracing of everyone regardless of fitness level. I would give it eleven stars if I could!!!

I was terrified to start going here but I do not regret it! This gym is the most uplifting place I have ever seen. It’s a family. Everyone is there for each other and motivates you to be the best you can be. There is no judgement at all just fantastic coaches and friends that are there to encourage you and help you. I love that with every workout there are ways to modify it to fit my skill level but still get an amazing workout.
