My previous opinion of this store was great until recently. I was shocked when I attempted to exchange a Xmas gift with my daughter. She received a record player and it was defective. It was the day after Xmas and the employee would not exchange it for her. She insisted I retrieve the receipt from the gift giver. I wasn’t returning the record player. Just an even swap with the same exact item. She turned us away for no reason. So we went to saint Louis park down the road and they immeasurably outshined the Plymouth store. They were helpful and polite. Plymouth needs to take a look at the way it treats customers. I’m not used to being treated so rudely at Kohl’s. I’ve come to expect better service because they are always wonderful. Pass on Plymouth.
Same cheery, happy, helpful sales lady that was there a year ago when I used to go here regularly is still there! Great stuff to pick from, lots of clearance.
Nice store. Most of the departments are disorganized which makes it difficult to find items I need. Most of the employees are friendly but one in particular (won't put her on the spot) works at the front desk, not real friendly, always has a bit of an attitude. If I ever ask her a question she goes the most round about way of answering, usually a simple question that she obviously knows the answer too but decides to make it 10x more difficult. I usually end up leaving frustrated from here so maybe I just won't go back.
The Plymouth, MN store is a mess! Clothes piled in disarray on shelves. Clothes wadded up on the table in the dressing room. It looks like a tornado went thru the store. I have filled out guest survey's and there has been no improvement.nThere is a poor selection of misses and plus size clothing.
Great customer service. I received a necklace for Christmas from my daughter. The chain broke, and they let me exchange it without a receipt.
