I was very happy with the entire customer experience. I'm a Medical Device Engineer by trade so I have high expectations. All aspects of the process were handled with the utmost professionalism. Everything went smoothly as planned. All persons through the process were courteous, considerate and did a first rate job. I highly recommend Adam's Healthy Home after this experience.

$59 Furnace exam, emissions Check, etc. went fine.nnCleaning components (Flame Sensor, blower,etc) are all extra charges. For example cleaning flame sensor costs $107 extra.

From the initial phone call to the on-time visit, we were very impressed by Adams Healthy home. The technician, Brian, fixed the problem and took to time to educate (rather than sell) on other improvements. After having had the runaround from a few other AC contractors, it was a relief to do business with Adams.

Adams was responsive to my request to have someone come out on short notice. Tech showed up 15 minutes early and was patient while I finished up my task. He offered two options for the work I wanted done, both were more than double what I had been quoted from other services. Ultimately I felt the quotes were unreasonable for the work requested and choose not to use them. They offered not to charge me for the service call, but I paid them regardless, they came out on short notice and it was my choice to say no. I have no reservations outside of the apparent high cost of the requested service.
