I called to make an appointment, and I was turned off just by talking to them. I asked to make an appt, today is Wednesday and she asked “when would you like it” so I gave them a time and she said “oh we don’t have anything today.” So I said “ok tomorrow is fine” and she goes “oh we don’t have tomorrow available either” then I was like “ok” and then finally “we have Saturday available” WHY WOULD YOU NOT START BY SAYING THAT! The way she said “when would you like it,l” made it seem like they had plenty of spots opened! I just said ok thanks bye! Also, I would have been fine waiting until Saturday if she didn’t just say that in the first place! I decided I didn’t want an idiot to cut my hair!

Ask for Stephanie. She works on Monday and Friday afternoon. She has a very good eye, 100% dedicated and she will not stop unless she is happy, which is far beyond my level of perfection. The result: an extremely professional cut that is one of the best hair cuts I ever had. With the first cut, she made me a regular.

I had been going there for years, with good experiences. But, quality has gone down hill. Second bad experience. First time, they did a terrible job with an A-line. It took forever to grow out. Decided to give them another chance yesterday, asked for a shoulder length trim with bangs and a little bit of layers. I told her about my curly hair, and advised her I want to still be able to pull it back. Well, she cut it well above shoulder length, the layers go from chin to eyebrow length, The bangs that I wanted below my eyebrows (showed her where to cut them before) , were cut above it. I now look like I have some hybrid too-long bowl cut. She hadn't stopped to ask questions before she chopped all the length off, or while doing the layers, and all I could think is thankfully, hair grows back. (But, I won't be) To top it all off, she asked for a tip immediately upon getting to the register. Look, while I gave you a tip still, despite the horrible hair cut, it was only because I felt put on the spot, and not because you did a good job. Never again.
