Harrison Imports was great to work with. I’ve been to several dealerships where they work you over, waste your time, prey on your weakness in time of need, etc. None of that occurred. I did everything over the phone and email until they gave me an amazing price. ~$150/mo cheaper than any other car in the same class. (I’m still surprised I don’t see more Mitsubishi cars on the road. The warranty on their vehicles is amazing, better than 90% of big selling brands.) Mr Glover was great to work with. Very nice and accommodating. Best experience I’ve had at a car lot.

Mr. Glover was great! He was very nice and helpful he met us at the door and had the Tahoe we wanted to look at out and ready to go! It was super clean and we could tell they just detailed it'd ave! Dave the finance guy was awesome! He had lots of cool story's and made the process very easy! He wasn't pushy and was upfront about everything! We love or new Tahoe!

Harrison Mitsubishi/Imports is one of Salt Lake's best kept secrets! Vance Harrison has created a luxury car sales and service experience second to none. I am a Land Rover guy, and to find sales and service professionals with this kind of knowledge is incredible! Chandler Harrison has a deep knowledge of Range Rover's as well as Mercedes and Maserati's I have purchased. Chandler has been a huge help to me in making buying decisions. Then, the best part is you do not need to go elsewhere for your high end service needs. Harrison has service techs who specialize in Rover, Benz, BMW, Audi etc. etc. right on site. I have always been treated honestly and fairly here, even when it may not be to the shops advantage. Now that is honesty in business. If you need a new car or just need maintenance or service call Chandler in sales or Tyler in service. You will thank me.

I bought a used truck from Harrison Mitsubishi. Chandler was the guy who made the deal happen. However, the vehicle had issues later and Harrison was not helpful... Update AUG 2020. Although I was initially very happy with my purchase from Chandler, I later had issues with the truck I purchased. I took the truck to an actual Nissan dealership close to my home and had them look over everything because I was experiencing a fuel leak, the oil change indicator light came on sooner than expected and the brake lights were not working. The oil change sticker in the windshield showed it was recently changed but the date on the oil filter was six months older than the sticker. The Nissan dealership inspected the vehicle and found that the oil may not have been previously changed as indicated by Harrison Mitsubishi. In addition, the skid plate bolts were completely stripped making it impossible to get to the oil drain plug and oil filter. The bolts had to be drilled and replaced. The fuel filter gasket was improperly installed by previous owner or Harrison dealership and was leaking quite a bit. The brake lights were covered under warranty. After all was fixed and completed by the Nissan dealership, the price came to $610 out of pocket. While at the dealer, I got pictures of the issues. I sent these pictures to Chandler at Harrison Mitsubishi and he told me I should have brought the vehicle to them. However, they are over an hour away from me, they are not a Nissan Dealer and I didn't have brake lights and a bad fuel leak. Needless to say I am updating my review on Harrison Mitsubishi because they handled the situation poorly and basically came across as better luck next time and seemed to have a too bad so sad mentality. BTW, the vehicle only has 19K miles on it. I wasn't looking for a reimbursement or a handout, but something should have been done. At least an apology, etc. Instead they brushed it off and said next time bring it to us. Lastly, it took over 2 months to get the title from Harrison Mitsubishi. I had to get the temp tag renewed by them but was expired before I got the new temp tag in the mail. When I did get the title information, it had been transferred to a few other owners and this paperwork made it a pain to register with the state. I do not recommend buying from Harrison Mitsubishi! If you do, take your own professional mechanic to inspect the vehicle prior to leaving. If you do purchase from Harrison, make sure they are close by because if you take it to the actual manufacturer's dealer, Harrison won't do anything about it. Chandler seems like a good guy until there were issues. When I contacted him about these issues he said there was nothing they can do and I should have brought it there... Its a good thing I don't live in NY because I would have to take it across country to get it looked at by Harrison every time I had an issue.
