For several years it was Roy, but for about the last 5 years it's been Novella. She is AMAZING! Always makes sure it's correct and we have never had an issue! She is willing to work with her customers to get them in!

We have been coming to this location and have had our taxes done by the same person for the last three years. She calls us to set up and appointment so we don’t forget, she helps to reduce our wait time and is friendly. I believe she also strives to make sure we get the best refund, as if it is her own money. This is the reason we keep coming back and not using another location for convenience.

Novella McClure did an amazing job on my taxes this year. She made sure i understood everything and has taken the time to answer all my questions (even when im calling weeks after filing). Definitely will have her prepare my taxes next year.
